Picro 68F

The OSP Picro 68F is the newest addition to the "I-motion" craze in Japan but this time OSP incorporated a top bill for top to bottom flashing action that mimics the natural movement of baitfish.  The idea of the top bill is to keep the bill away from the hooks for excellent hook-up ratios.  The Picro is a must-have for fishing the surface when fish are feeding on small baitfish.
